I hope all of you are enjoying the summer. It has been a very good summer. Dry but good. Rain dance, rain dance!
The fourth was very nice. I am sorry I was too busy to do the happenings last week, ten lashes to me! The winner of the float was Paul and Jackie Thorn Solberg with the theme of "Little house on the prairie in Barnes" I did happen to see that float. It was adorable. Elliott was with the ATV Club right near them. The candy was flowing and so were the super soakers.
Congrats to the Barnes Trading Post Softball Team they won the 4th of July Tournament! Way to go guys!

Little league is over now!

Golf was fun as usual! We didn't golf the 4th week. I hadn't been out in 2 weeks. Better luck next week. I promise Jan I will be a better partner. LOL!
My friend Tommy continues to improve as well. We are all praying for you! Please continue to improve. He is talking a bit and standing. He is a miracle.

I ran into Bob Palmer and Fran continues to improve and learn to use her other arm. You go girl!

My condolences to The Carolyn Bonner family as she passed away in her sleep Wednesday morning. I will never forget her kindness and compassion. She had made thousands of handmade sweaters and mittens for everyone. As a kid I stayed with them quite a bit. Rest in peace...we will miss you!

Prayers go out to Linda Wekkin as she is facing major medical decisions. And to all the silent ones, prayers to you as well!

Fishing reports seem to be good! The fish are biting. Now you just have to figure out where!

Remember we serve food 7 days a week starting at 7 a.m. daily. Breakfast lunch and dinner! Anytime Bloody Mary's 2 bucks! Lore Merrill appearing on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.

Stop in to win a night stay at the Wilderness Inn.
Winner last week were:
Sharron Marten

Congrats to you!

Have a great week! Be safe this week!
Big hugs
