Helloooooooooo(as my friend Colleen and Suzie and Karlene would say) from Barnes. It has been a somewhat eventful week up north. There is a lot going on during the summer. Many people to visit, places to see, and things to eat!

It has been hot and sunny. It's summer! It has started to cool done a bit. The leaves are starting to change. It means fall is right around the corner.

Golf was fun as usual! We won't talk about the score. It was my worst. Now on to tennis.

I hope you are feeling better Karna. Best wishes as Karna had surgery on Monday! Get well soon!

This weekend is the Men's Softball Tournament at the VFW. It is a great time and the guys do a super job on the chicken. It is always yummy.

Packers have their second preseason game on Saturday night! It seems a bit early for Football.
