Check out the "$10 off a night
at The Wilderness Inn"
Greetings from Barnes. It has been a good week. Busy as usual.
The holiday weekend proved to be one of our best. There were
many people around. We did enormous amounts of pizzas and had
a full house at the Motel. The motel did good this summer. It
was full most weekends.
Elliott and I flew to my brother and sister in laws in Indiana
for our summer vacation. I am not sure what is going on but
air travel is horrendous. Our initial flight was cancelled. We
almost missed our connecting flight, the flight attendants
were getting prepared to close the cabin and our luggage was
lost in Detroit. There really is nothing you can do. A friend
of mine's wife was stuck at O'Hare the same day for 32
We sure had a nice time. We went to Cedarpoint amusement park
in Ohio. I rode many roller coasters....my sister in law and
Elliott were a bit frightened. We went bowling a few times,
miniature golfing a few times, ate at many nice restaurants,
clothes shopping for school and we took in a Brewers game My
brother and nephew from Milwaukee joined us (they won) Yippee!
Go Brewers, they are in first place today in a tight race with
St Louis and the Cubs. Go Brewers. Go Badgers, they won last
weekend also. Go Packers. They open their season on Sunday.
Thanks Larry and Debbie for a very nice time. They are
wonderful hosts. Elliott and I are very thankful to you both.
Love you guys.
My parents celebrated their 51 anniversary and my fathers
birthday and my mother's birthday this week. I hope you had a

well for me I had 2 turkeys. Two weeks left of going from
bowling to golf.
Elliott started school last Tuesday. I think he was ready and
I believe many parents were ready. He had a great summer.
My condolences to the Bob Wrazidlo family of Iron River,
