Greetings from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Life becomes a bit stressful for some this time of the year. Let's try and remember the reason for the season and all will go well. The trails have officially opened now. The snow is just average we could use more. Think snow!

My condolences to the Conner family on the loss of Leah. She passed away after an aneurysm. She was in her 20's with 2 small children. Her mother-in law LeeAnn is on my bowling team. This really breaks my heart.

Bowling was a big disappointment with LeeAnn not being there and some bookwork technicality last week. We lost all 7 points and lost our 1st place status. I did bowl ok getting my average 2 games. Maybe next week!

My condolences to Stan and Lois on the loss of Stan's mother.

Good news from Harv, he is cancer free--what a nice Christmas present!

We had a great time at the pool Xmas party. June won first in cribbage, Jack (June's husband) second and Butchie third. Pool was won by Do-rite with a great comeback by Larry in second and Harlan placing third. Our Santa and elves did a great job handing out gifts. We all had a great time. Thanks to all for your patronage. Many thanks to all of you!

Way to go Packers you blew out Oakland. Good luck this week against St Louis.

A big thank you to the the Barnes Women's VFW auxiliary for choosing us to host their Christmas party. Thanks to my staff all went well. Everyone seemed to be pleased.

Remember we serve food 7 days a week starting at 7 a.m. daily. Breakfast lunch and dinner! Anytime Bloody Mary's 2 bucks!
